Mrs. Julie Sadhu is a skilled professional in the field of psychology, holding a Master of Science in Psychology and is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Behavioral Health at Arizona State University. As a Registered Psychotherapist, she possesses a vast wealth of knowledge and expertise that she brings to her private practice. With a profound understanding of human behaviour and mental health, Mrs. Sadhu is a registered member of both the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and the Ontario College of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists (OACCPP), demonstrating her steadfast commitment to upholding the highest professional standards and ethical guidelines in her practice.

 

Mrs. Sadhu has dedicated her professional career to providing psychological services to children, adolescents, and adults from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. Since 2003, Mrs. Sadhu has offered psychology services and therapy in various settings internationally and in Canada, including educational institutions, community support groups, child and adult psychiatric facilities, neurological settings, and rehabilitation clinics. In addition to individual therapy sessions for children, adolescents and adults, she has delivered corporate training through interactive workshops, compelling presentations, and ERP sessions aimed at helping individuals maximize their professional potential.

 

Mrs. Sadhu's work has exposed her to a broad spectrum of psychological, behavioural, and emotional conditions stemming from psychological and physical health, substance use, motor vehicle accidents, and workplace injuries. Leveraging her expertise in evaluating and identifying cognitive and behavioural barriers, Mrs. Sadhu assists individuals in navigating challenges that significantly impact their daily functioning, relationships, academic pursuits, and career progression for adults and academic, behavioural and relationship issues in children in family and school environment. Her proficiency in conducting clinical interviews, screening assessments and developing personalized interventions distinguishes her in effectively addressing these obstacles. Through her commitment to fostering open communication and collaboration, Julie empowers her clients to surmount hurdles and envision a more promising future.
